Training
We provide a range of tailored training programs for different age groups
ATC’s Badminton Training Philosophy
- ATC’s badminton training program is intentionally structured as an education program (just like learning a subject at school).
- The education program will include:
- Pre training material such as instructional videos (pre-study)
- Structured training sessions to improve key skills
- Post training material for exercises to be performed at home (homework)
- Regular formal feedback (report card)
- Course goal:
- Improve in badminton skills in a structured and measurable way
- Understand how to live a healthy and fit lifestyle (both physically and mentally)
- Learn to apply the education program structure to improve other skills such as for school subjects.
- What will my students achieve?
- Badminton technical skills
- Able to independently do fitness training
- Healthy eating habits
- Learn a systematical training method
Kids Training
- The kids’ training program also focuses on the development of your children’s physical and mental strengths.
- Training objectives are to ensure the children have made good progresses against each assessment periods, instead of focusing on tournament outcome. Children can hence develop strong interests and skills in a fun and structured training environment.
- Training Structure – Two-hour training with first hour fitness training and second hour badminton techniques training
